A person always in control of how they feel will always feel like doing the work that needs to be done! Find ways to stay calm, cool, and collected no matter what life throws at you.
Day 2: Generating Happiness
Happiness is something many people want, but go about attaining it in backwards, often painful ways. And more often than not, those ways of becoming "happy" backfire stupendously.
In this session, you'll explore ways to generate your OWN happiness without depending on anyone or anything to do it for you. Controlling our ability to enhance our feelings, or move away from feelings that can get you down, means you will never have a time in your life when you feel like you can't handle things.
Day 3: The A.D.O.R.E. Process
Entrepreneurs and business owners are incredible people. And they often do too much. With the ADORE method, you learn how to parse off the tasks that ONLY you should be doing - and leaving the rest to others.
OF IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not just throw tasks at someone else just because you realize you shouldn't be doing it!
Make sure you properly set expectations and accountability metrics so you stay in control of the processes, just not IN the processes.
It's an important distinction, and one you should use with the greatest of care.
Day 4: Problems & Solutions
If you know what problems you solve, and how you can solve them, you're in business!

Day 5: The Appointment Process
I used to use a single process for getting people to a call with me.
Now I use a two-step process - and it ROCKS!

From Phil M. Jones' book comes some of the best questions I've ever seen to get people to say "yes" to you!
Make sure you print off the downloadable file so you can have these questions handy on your next call! I did, until I memorized them and didn't need the sheet anymore.
They're amazing and some of the BEST income-generating questions around!
Day 7: Daily Review & Planning
Bar none: this is the BEST productivity strategy you can use to get more done, in less time with more brain power than ever.
It's about turning decisions into instructions.
It's also about the power of review vs. the power of planning.
You need both... but I'd argue you need a review process MORE.
If I were you, I'd listen - and then immediately implement this into your life!
Day 7.5: Release Tension | Set Intention (this is the 0.5 - it's SUPER short)
This is likely one of THE BEST ways to calm down any time of the day, reset your emotional temperature, and get back into focus.
And it only takes 2 minutes.
Day 8: How to Effectively Time Block
Time isn't something we have, or manufacture - we use it or we lose it.
My favourite phrase is from Brendon Burchard (or that's who I heard it from anyway): Commitment or cowardice show up in the calendar.
If you REALLY want something done, put it in your calendar.
Otherwise, you'll try to remember (you won't) and then it's up to your poor little brain to keep track of it all.
Not a good system, my friend!
Learn some simple tips on how to stay on track.
Make sure you only make your time blocks as long as your actual attention span.
Mine is 20 minutes. :)
