HOW IT WORKS
As a Certified 100 Days to Peak Performance Trainer, you'll expertly lead your agents through each class, as it's being taught by Rebecca. Here's how it works.
Rebecca Teaches
Each class will be taught via recorded videos, as Rebecca walks registrants through the course materials. Each class has 4-6 short videos, each followed by a facilitated discussion and workbook entries.
You Lead
You'll learn your own high performance strategies on how to lead these classes so that people stay engaged, conducting and steering conversations that are meaningful, and ensure the work gets done, week after week.
Support, Support and more Support
Get branded materials to market and fill your class, with a custom registration page. Plus, join all of the certified coaches each month on a call to work out problems, discover new strategies and collaborate on how to be even better, every day. Rebecca's team is there to help you every step of the way.

The 100 Days to Peak Performance is a program that delivers everything you need - so all you have to do is show up, cue the videos and facilitate the discussions and work. Here are all the elements that we deliver to you the moment you sign up to become a Certified Trainer of this program.
TRAINER GUIDE
The Trainer Guide literally tells you everything you need to know to run an amazing class - how to start, what questions to ask, discussion prompts, timing to stay on track. It's comprehensive, but still allows for you to add your special flair to each class.
COHORT MANAGEMENT
You can run this class as often as you like, and even split your office into cohorts - high performers, mid-level producers and newbies. The system keeps them separate, allowing for the right people to be only seeing folks in their cohort.
PROGRESS TRACKING
You'll be able to see the agent's assessments right from the start, so you know exactly where everyone's starting point is at, and track their progress all the way through: videos watched, work completed, etc.
COMMUNICATION LOOPS
You can communicate to the cohorts via direct messaging for private conversations, as well as conduct community discussions to create accountability and engagement between sessions.
CUSTOMIZABLE PARTICIPANT FEE
Participants will pay $100 - unless you want to turn this program into a profit centre! You can set your participant fee to whatever you want (above $100). We collect the full payment and automatically send any amount over $100 back to you. So if you want to charge $250, we will collect the full $250, and send $150 right back to you!
DYNAMIC AND BRANDED REGISTRATION PAGE
Your brand has value, and so you'll be able to showcase that on your custom registration page and workbook. There are limited branding options, but they're significant enough that no one will miss it!

3-Day Process
There are 3 Certification Days to get you up and ready to go. Trainers will be expected to watch all content videos prior to the Certification Days to show full comprehension. Then when we all get together Rebecca shows everyone how to facilitate and lead the classes. By the end, all Certified Trainers won't want to wait another minute to get started and host their first cohort!
Delivered Live Virtually with Rebecca
You don't have to travel - but you do have to have cameras on, and not be distracted or driving or walking the dog. Rebecca will be there to show you all her strategies and tactics to get the most out of people, helping them cross the divide between "knowing" what to do - and actually DOING the work!
Become an Expert in Delivering the Classes
Since you don't need to worry about teaching the class, Rebecca will concentrate on making you an expert in delivering insanely good value - asking the right questions to get the right behavior, leading discussions that generate deep thought and immediate action.
Certification Exam
To ensure all Trainers are 100% confident and ready to go, there's a small exam at the end. We also will give you an opportunity to role-play leading a portion of a session where the group is your class. This ensures you get the right feedback from a safe group of people before launching this into your brokerage.
Build Connections with Other Trainers
Belonging to a community makes everyone feel more supported so we create an opportunity for you to meet and interact with other Certified Trainers for future accountability, support, cheerleading and challenges. You'll see them all once a month on our monthly Certified Trainer calls!
AGENT TRANSFORMATION
Fully automated purchasing process
We take care of all payments, refunds, declined cards and any financial challenges so all you have to do is teach! The cost per participant is $100 (unless you customize your price).
All Workbook and Materials Provided
As soon as your agents sign up, they have the option to self-print the workbooks, or have us print and ship the books directly to them. The print & ship option will have a cost associated with it, and we will take control of that payment and delivery process.
Engaging Online Experience
The online environment that agents will be experiencing is first-class. They will immediately get access to overview videos, and the first pre-work videos and worksheets that will get them started - and keep them engaged the whole way through. There will be a walk-through video showing them exactly how to use the online system, where to send messages, how to watch videos, and how to get the most from the program.
Program In their Pocket - with the App!
Participants can take the program with them everywhere they go! The 100 Days App will allow them to watch videos and engage with the community no matter where they are in the world. The only requirement is that they be in class during the session itself. This program is not designed for self-learning, because participants need the facilitator to help them navigate some pretty big obstacles...that are hard to remove on your own.
Community-Building
Each cohort has the ability to chat with each other, both privately through the direct messaging system and publicly on community discussion boards. Facilitators can encourage people to submit reflections, post updates or interact with the content to keep them engaged and active.
Feedback Loop & Direct Messaging
All participants have the opportunity to submit feedback to Rebecca about facilitators. This "Airbnb" style feedback loop helps us at HQ to know when a facilitator is having a tough time, or not connecting with their group so we can swoop in, do some extra training and provide guidance to get the trainer - and the group - back on track.
Success Tracking from Start to Finish
It's tough to know how to coaching program is working without metrics, so we have baked those into the program. Participants take a full assessment on the 12 stages of the Mountain Method at the start, and then again 100 days later. Being able to see just how far they've come can be a magical experience!

CERTIFICATION FEES
CERTIFICATION: To become a Certified Trainer of the 100 Days to Peak Performance program, it costs $1500. This is a one-time fee - you don't pay it every year. Just one and done.
MONTHLY: To keep your certification active and current, and to continue to have access to the program, support, monthly calls, updates and new stuff, there is a fee of $200 per month. This covers everything we need to deliver to you to make you an exceptional trainer.
