In the 90 days that follow, you'll be challenged to meet your goals, do the work and contribute to your cohort group so that everyone raises each other to new levels of performance and wealth.
The coaching will be done virtually, structured to deliver the maximum in collaboration, contribution and community-building.

The 90 Days to Greatness Workshop in November will be hosted at Hagerty's Garage & Social, an exceptionally cool place not only for cars but for creativity, drive, ambition and speed!

What To Expect
The 90 Days to Greatness Workshop is split into three sections:
- Pre-work:
- You will fill out a pre-work survey to clarify where you are now, but more importantly, where you want to be
- Once complete, Rebecca will book a call with you to review your answers, offering ideas for further clarification if necessary
- At this point, you will be 100% clear on the One Big Thing that you want to accomplish during the 90 Days of Greatness! You're ready!
- Day 1:
- The full agenda is provided to the group, with expectations on the level of contribution and collaboration for the 2 days - and beyond
- The group is then split into cohorts of 4 dynamic, driven and motivated people
- The masterminding begins!
- Each person takes a turn. On your turn you will present your answers from the survey to the group - where you are, but also where you want to be.
- The group will clarify and ask questions (but not provide any solutions yet!). They will need to fully understand exactly what you need and how they can help
- You will then be removed from the group with all other presenters, and will hang out with Rebecca while your cohort brainstorms and masterminds to solve for your challenge!
- Once done, all presenters go back to their cohorts with a notebook, a pen and ONE RULE: you cannot say no!
- You must listen to all ideas, write them down and clarify but you CANNOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES deny that you can do it.
- Once you have all the ideas down, everyone takes a short break (there's a golf simulator, cars to look at, places to chill and even billiards!).
- After the break, we move to the next presenter and start again!
- Day 2 is 90-Day Goal Setting and getting you ready to launch the minute you hit the ground back home
- You will work on pacing your actions over the 90 days, creating a calendar of activities, goals and events
- Once complete, you will present your 90-Day Plan to your cohort
- And that's a wrap!
- From here, we move into the monthly calls, cohort calls, and any other help that you will need to succeed in achieving your 90 Days of Greatness!

How is this Mastermind different?
I've attended masterminds, and heard about even more.
And honestly, what I saw and heard depressed me because people were turned off to the point of dropping out of these groups.
A lot of hosts and 'gurus' use the term "mastermind" verrrrry losely - most often, it's either a discussion group, a brainstorming session or a glorified conference with speakers.
That is NOT what a mastermind should be.
You know you're in a true "mastermind" when everyone contributes equally and enthusiastically to helping you grow YOUR business. You then reciprocate and help everyone else!
Masterminds are a place to share, challenge and grow - even if everyone else in the room does something entirely different from you. That's actually the best part.
